It is a good news for the people of Dehradun as the City Park in front of the Sarasradhara helipad has gotten a new cycle track and it will be open for cycling soon. The construction of the cycling track has been completed and orders have been given from higher authorities to open it for the public as soon as possible.
Earlier this week, MDDA Vice President Banshidhar Tiwari inspected the status of the cycling track in the park. The vice president said that City Park is one of the dream projects of MDDA and the facilities here have attracted many residents of Dehradun. Now, apart from strolling, people will also be able to enjoy other facilities like gym, children’s sports, park, canteen and cycling.
Not just City Park, Dehradun is in the process to get two brand new parks, one at the land of the Sugarcane Center and another one at Mainwala.
Orders have been given by Banshidhar Tiwari to wrap up work and open the cycling track at City Park for public as soon as possible.
