Located at 100-A, Hathibarkala Salwala, the newly opened store brings together a wide range of naturally grown Himalayan produce and handcrafted products created by women farmers and artisans from Uttarakhand.
House of Himalayas is an initiative supported by the Government of Uttarakhand that aims to promote the state’s traditional products and rural economy. The brand was launched to bring together Himalayan produce, handwoven textiles, and artisanal goods under a single premium label while supporting local farmers, self-help groups, and rural entrepreneurs.
The initiative also aligns with the “Vocal for Local” and “Local to Global” vision, helping regional products reach larger national and international markets while strengthening livelihoods in the Himalayan region.
