In a move to boost academic excellence, Dehradun's renowned University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) has joined hands with two prestigious institutions, the University of Edinburgh and King’s College London.
The partnership aims at providing UPES students with international exposure, focussing on collaborative research initiatives, faculty exchanges along with bigger opportunities and exposure through exchange programmes and summer schools.
The development also aims at upskilling students to make them well-equipped and grow in the international job market.
"The University of Edinburgh partnership opens doors for integrated programmes and direct master's progression, while our alliance with King’s College London facilitates joint research, student mobility, and faculty exchanges," Abhishek Sinha, dean, school of law and head of international affairs, of UPES, expressed.
