Lemon Tree Hotels, one of India’s leading midscale hotel chains, has announced the signing of a new property in Mohkampur, Dehradun. The upcoming hotel will operate under the brand name Lemon Tree Hotel, Mohkampur, Dehradun, further strengthening the group’s expanding footprint in Uttarakhand.
The property has been signed under a license agreement, reflecting the group’s asset-light expansion strategy. It will be operated by Carnation Hotels Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned management subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
In addition to 98 luxurious rooms, Lemon Tree Resort in Mohkampur, Dehradun, will have a restaurant, a lounge, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other recreational amenities.
