Dehradun's hospitality sector is set for another major boost as ITC Hotels has announced the signing of Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a new 117-key premium hotel that will strengthen the city's growing tourism and business infrastructure.
Located in the rapidly developing Selaqui area, the upcoming hotel will feature modern guest rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop speciality restaurant, and a lounge bar. It will also include over 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor banqueting space and nearly 25,000 sq. ft. of landscaped lawns, making it a prime destination for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations.
The new property marks ITC Hotels' second Welcomhotel project in Dehradun, following the launch of Welcomhotel Madhuban Dehradun. With Selaqui emerging as an important commercial and industrial hub and Dehradun continuing to attract tourists heading to Mussoorie, Rishikesh, and Haridwar, the new hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
The announcement reflects growing confidence in Dehradun's hospitality market as the city continues to see investments in tourism, infrastructure, and premium accommodation.
