Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport has once again made its mark, securing the second spot in India’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rankings. The latest survey by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) placed it just behind Gaggal Airport in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
This is the second time in a row that Dehradun Airport has held this position, scoring an impressive 4.99 out of 5. Meanwhile, the Kangra Airport bagged a perfect 5/5, in turn, ranking at the top of the list.
“Doon airport has secured the second position in the CSI rankings. Our goal is to bring Dehradun Airport to the top by enhancing facilities with the support of all employees and officers."
Prabhakar Mishra, Director, Dehradun Airport
The CSI survey, conducted twice a year, ranks 62 airports across the country based on factors like passenger feedback and facets like boarding facilities, cleanliness, staff behaviour, Wi-Fi availability, luggage services and the overall customer experience.
