Food lovers in Dehradun are in for a treat as Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa brings the renowned La Piazza Italian Food Festival to the city from July 17 to 26. In collaboration with La Piazza at Hyatt Regency Delhi, the culinary festival promises an authentic taste of Italy through a series of specially curated dining experiences.
The festival opens with an Italian Wine Dinner on July 17 and 18, followed by a La Piazza-inspired Sunday Brunch on July 19. From July 20 to 26, guests can indulge in a specially curated Italian dinner buffet featuring regional Italian flavours and signature classics.
Adding to the experience, Chef Fabrizio Berretta, Chef de Cuisine at La Piazza, Hyatt Regency Delhi, will host an Italian Masterclass and Kitty Party on July 24, offering guests an opportunity to learn more about authentic Italian cooking techniques and cuisine.
